After one too many "What fish was that?" conversations ended without an answer, I decided to create a simple guide to local marine life to help answer these questions! This marine ID slate features species commonly encountered throughout Hobsons Bay and Port Phillip Bay, with the aim of making identification easy and enjoyable. Whether you're diving, snorkeling, or simply curious about what's living beneath the surface, this slate can be used as a handy reference tool!
The Hobsons Bay Marine ID Slate is a practical reference covering over 30 marine vertebrates commonly encountered throughout Hobsons Bay and Port Phillip Bay. Photographed and produced by myself, a local diver, it's designed to help divers, snorkelers and marine enthusiasts become more familiar with the species they regularly encounter in local waters.
Price: $16.95 + postage
